Roles and responsibilities include reviewing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and reconciling monthly vendor statements. This position will also include administrative duties, such as answering the phones and supporting the reception area. Qualifications include proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Access), written and oral communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal and organizational skills.
