Accounts Payable Clerk

Read on to discover this exciting opportunity!_ **Pay:** $20-25 (based on experience) **Shift:** Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm **What you'll be doing:** + Billing: + Process and submit customer invoices daily + Report invoice issues to supervisor + Verify and discuss rate issues with Sales/Supervisor + Accounts Payable (AP): + Process invoices daily and payments in accounting software (Quickbooks and Microsoft Office) + Submit check run reports weekly + Correspond with vendors and compare invoices to statements monthly + Payroll: + Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll for staff + Handle payroll notes and discuss issues with supervisor + Manage onboarding and settlements sheets **What you'll need:** + High School Diploma required, Associates or higher highly preferred + 1-3 years previous AP and billing experience required + Microsoft Office Suite experience required, Quickbooks experience highly preferred + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Strong organizational skills As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
