Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage and maintain accurate records of all expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, and statements. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely payments to vendors and employees while continuously improving the payment process.

Responsibilities include:

Maintain precise records of all vendor payments.Ensure timely payment of tax liabilities.Research and approve new vendors, creating new vendor accounts.Collaborate with facilities to resolve issues.Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balance.Maintain historical records.Verify expense reports and prepare paychecks for employees.Schedule and ensure payment is received for outstanding vendor credit.Respond to vendor inquiries.Upload and update reward program verifications.Manage telephone and internet services.Continuously improve the payment processPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
