Accounts Payable Clerk
Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist responsible for coordinating and processing accounts payable tasks. This role involves manual entry of invoices into Dynamics 365 and ensuring accurate data entry for efficient financial management.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and process accounts payable transactions.Input invoices manually into Dynamics 365.Perform data entry for accounts payable.Process checks for vendors.Match and receive invoices to purchase orders where applicable.Reconcile processed work by verifying entries.Accurately charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice and expense reports.Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, scheduling and preparing checks, and resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies.Ensure credit is received for outstanding memos and issue stop-payments when necessary.Analyze and accurately code invoices.Reconcile vendor statements.Perform other tasks as assigned within accounting.Essential Skills2-5 years of experience in accounts payable.Proficiency in invoice processing.Experience with Dynamics 365.Strong data entry skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Knowledge of way match procedures.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with MS Dynamics 365.Heavy data entry experience.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
