We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Generalist with a strong background in Accounts Payable to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable managing a variety of administrative and financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and prepare invoices, checks, EFTs, and online paymentsReconcile accounts and verify entries against system reportsManage vendor inquiries, statements, and payment discrepanciesMaintain accurate accounting ledgers and historical recordsSupport employee expense reimbursementsCoordinate bank activities related to payablesAssist the Controller with special projects and accounts receivableRequired Skills:
Administrative support, data entry, customer serviceProficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft TeamsExperience with Great Plains Dynamics and QuickBooks DesktopStrong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skillsExcellent communication and professional demeanorQualifications:
1–5 years of administrative experience, preferably with accounts payableAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)Ability to work independently with a direct communication stylePay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
