🌟Job Title: Admin Generalist / Accounts Payable Specialist🌟
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Generalist with a strong background in Accounts Payable to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable managing a variety of administrative and financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process and prepare invoices, checks, EFTs, and online payments
+ Reconcile accounts and verify entries against system reports
+ Manage vendor inquiries, statements, and payment discrepancies
+ Maintain accurate accounting ledgers and historical records
+ Support employee expense reimbursements
+ Coordinate bank activities related to payables
+ Assist the Controller with special projects and accounts receivable
Required Skills:
+ Administrative support, data entry, customer service
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
+ Experience with Great Plains Dynamics and QuickBooks Desktop
+ Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
+ Excellent communication and professional demeanor
Qualifications:
+ 1–5 years of administrative experience, preferably with accounts payable
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
+ Ability to work independently with a direct communication style
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
