Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Noblesville, Indiana. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payments, maintaining financial records, and supporting the organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong analytical and organizational skills. Responsibilities: • Process invoices and post business transactions accurately to maintain comprehensive accounts payable records. • Verify financial data to ensure correctness and compliance with organizational policies. • Provide administrative support related to payments and vendor obligations. • Maintain detailed and organized records of outstanding payables and payments. • Monitor payment schedules to guarantee timely and accurate disbursements to vendors. • Ensure financial documents are error-free and ready for auditing and tax purposes. • Prevent overpayments through diligent review and reconciliation processes. • Collaborate with other departments to support financial reporting and operational efficiency. • Utilize accounting software tools to perform daily tasks efficiently and accurately. Requirements • Proficiency in accounts payable processes, including invoice coding and check runs. • Strong skills in account reconciliation and financial data entry. • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Excel. • Ability to process invoices with precision and meet deadlines consistently. • Familiarity with invoice processing and data management procedures. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong analytical abilities to identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues. • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
