We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join a high-performing Finance team within a fast-paced, internationally recognised business.Key responsibilities
End to end processing of supplier invoices through Ariba and SAPAssist with invoice and payment queries across different functions and departments within the companyProcessing retail and support office employee expense claims ensuring items are appropriately posted with relevant support, correct VAT accounting and in line with company policyMonitor vendor approvals process and action where required Engaging with suppliers on an ongoing basis and reconciling supplier/vendor accountsProvide insights into weekly and monthly aged creditorsEffective collaboration with finance team and wider businessSupport over month end close and ability to work to deadlines.Requirements for role
