Accounts Payable Associate
Description + A growing mechanical/construction company is seeking an Accounts Payable Admin to handle full-cycle AP in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Responsibilities + Process ~1,000 invoices/month from email capture to posting in Spectrum. + Support bi‑monthly check runs and month‑end AP steps. + Field AP calls; assist with subcontract admin tasks. + Maintain organized AP documentation. Requirements + 2+ years AP experience in construction/HVAC/mechanical industries. + Experience with Spectrum or similar software preferred. + Strong organizational and communication skills. + No degree required. + Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities in a high‑volume environment. + Fully on‑site; reliable schedule is essential.
