Accounts Payable Associate
Job Title: Accounts Payable AssociateJob Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. This role involves managing the daily processing of invoices and supporting our accounts payable team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

ResponsibilitiesEnter and process 25–50 invoices daily for the company.Perform basic accounts payable functions, including 3-way matching and invoice verification.Support the AP team by freeing up resources for acquisition-related tasks.Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all invoice data entry.Collaborate with team members and supervisors as needed.
Essential SkillsExperience with accounts payable and invoicing.Proficiency in 3-way matching and invoice processing.Strong data entry skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with NetSuite is a plus.Ability to learn quickly and take direction effectively.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Reliability and commitment to the full duration of the assignment.
Work Environment

This position offers a flexible work environment with 4 days remote per week and 1 mandatory on-site day (Wednesday). The work schedule is either 8 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM, depending on lunch breaks, totaling a 40-hour work week.

This is a Contract position based out of Allendale, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
