This entry-level role is ideal for professionals early in their finance and accounting careers, offering valuable experience in a global organization while contributing to the efficiency and integrity of our financial operations. **Key Responsibilities** As an **Accounts Payable Associate** , you’ll be responsible for: • Processing disbursements in accordance with Accounts Payable policies and internal controls. • Reviewing and analyzing invoices, recording transactions, and maintaining vendor records. • Preparing reports for internal stakeholders to support financial operations. • Assisting with month-end close activities and related projects. • Identifying discrepancies between budget and actual costs and escalating issues as needed. **Requirements** We are looking for people who are **organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment** . As a minimum you must have: • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or similar roles. • Basic understanding of accounting principles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Fluency in English.
