Accounts Payable Associate - 1 Year Contract
The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for the maintenance of the vendor accounts; ensuring the validity of all charges to the company; and making sure all payments are trusted and accurate. This position is part of the Finance Department located in London, ON and will be a hybrid position. In this role, you will: · Process invoices against vendor accounts · Analyze invoices and expenses for accuracy, and charge to proper cost centers · Complete payments to vendors · Reconcile vendor statements to internal reports · Participate in regular reporting to increase process efficiency · Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities **Are you qualified?
