As part of the Finance team within the Portfolio Service Centre (PSC) this role will help drive the delivery of contract administration and invoice management for our Finance Service Centre team to ensure efficient management of the Accounts Payable process and efficient resolution of issues

Financial coding of Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Invoices from subcontractorsEfficient management of Accounts Payable queriesExpense & Corporate Credit Card Administration & Queries Expense & Corporate Credit Card Batch Review & Posting processExpense & Corporate Credit Card Reporting

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, invoice management, or a finance operations roleFresh graduates with a strong academic foundation and willingness to learn are welcome to applyBasic understanding of contract administration, invoice processing, and accounts payable processesStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively with stakeholders
