Job Description

A large retail firm in Issaquah, WA is seeking a skilled Accounting/Data Analyst for a 3-month contract. This position requires working onsite from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform a 3-way match with customs invoices to ensure accurate payment alignment. The role also involves monthly auditing of customs documentation and invoices, utilizing VLOOKUP and pivot tables for data sorting. A strong attention to detail and a passion for working with data are essential.

Responsibilities

Perform a 3-way match with customs invoices to ensure accurate payment alignment.Conduct monthly audits of customs documentation and invoices.Utilize VLOOKUP and pivot tables for data sorting and analysis.Reconcile accounts and manage purchasing and invoices.Handle large volumes of data efficiently.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in reconciliation and data analysis.Experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with SAP and handling customs documentation.Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with commercial invoices and form 7501.Ability to work effectively with large amounts of data.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr.
