We have an exciting opportunity with a leading organization in the transportation sector that is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Analyst to support a major merger integration project. This long-term contract role will join a large AP team and partner closely with leadership to support data cleanup, process improvement, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and clean AP data to support the integrationParticipate in UAT for system and P2P implementationAct as a super user and admin for supplier verification and tax toolsHelp develop KPIs, metrics, and reporting dashboards (Tableau/Excel)Support AP team with troubleshooting and SOP developmentRespond to audit and ad hoc reporting requests

Qualifications

AP, procurement, or general accounting experienceExperience supporting mergers and acquisitionsProcess improvement mindsetStrong communicator with intermediate Excel
