Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrative AssistantJob Description The Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant will support invoice processing for the global vehicles department, collaborating with four managers. This role involves receiving invoices from vendors, verifying them against paper copies, and submitting them for payment processing. Additional responsibilities include general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, faxing, and other office duties, requiring excellent communication skills. Responsibilities + Support four managers with invoice processing for the global vehicles department. + Receive and verify invoices from vendors against paper copies. + Submit verified invoices for payment processing. + Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and faxing. + Possess strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with managers and vendors. Essential Skills + Proficiency in administrative support and invoice processing. + Strong data entry skills. + Experience as an Administrative Assistant. + Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. + Accounts payable knowledge. + Ability to type accurately at 45 words per minute. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School Diploma is required. Work Environment The position is based in an office setting at a desk. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.36 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
