Job Description
Rockwell Automation Finance Campus is acquiring new processes, and as a result, we are looking for new members of our accounting teams in various positions.
AP accountant main responsibilities are accurate and on-time invoice processing, vendor queries and reconciliations, blocked for payment invoices resolution along with other colleagues & procurement organization.
As the AP Accountant you will directly report to your AP Team Leader.
Your Responsibilities:Verification of PO/NON-PO related invoices,Processing PO and NO-PO invoices in a system, coding NO-PO transaction,Supervise and mentor accounts payable team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and development.Oversee the entire processing cycle including review, verify, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Obtain necessary approvals for payment processing.Maintain strong relations with vendors, resolve complex issues and discrepancies.Process any corrections if needed.Verify payment proposal if needed.Work closely with other departments, including procurement to ensure seamless integration of AP process with overall business operations.Suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in the accounts payable function.Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to accounts payable.Identify, recommend and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounts payable functions.Assist internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to accounts payable.Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports such as aging report and present finding to supervisor for decision making purposes.The Essentials - You Will Have:University degree (Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent),1–2 year experience in a Shared Services and international environment is an asset, especially in Accounts Payable area,Very good command of English in writing and speech,Good command of Polish in writing and speech (working in Team with Polish language),Very good knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Power Point, Teams),Problem Solving.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Experience or good understanding of AP & P2P process.SAP knowledge.What We Offer:Our benefits package includes …
