This individual will be responsible for processing vendor invoices efficiently, coordinating with our Operations Center in Dallas, and ensuring all payables are properly coded and documented for timely payment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prior experience in construction accounting processes.Responsibilities:Process high volumes of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely mannerReview the invoice email inbox daily, coding invoices line by line to appropriate cost codes and contract numbersCoordinate invoice submissions and approvals with the Operations Center in Dallas to ensure smooth payment workflowsUtilize Bill Pro to input, track, and manage invoices and payablesEnsure all invoices have accurate contract numbers and job cost coding prior to processingQualifications and Requirements:3+ years of accounts payable experience; construction industry preferredStrong understanding of lien waivers, pay estimates, and retainage processes in constructionProficiency with Bill Pro or similar construction accounting software is highly desiredYour New Organization:For 60 years, our company has been creating and perfecting the concept of the master-planned community.
