It serves over 30 international customers and is recognized for its advanced manufacturing capabilities, experienced engineering talent, and end-to-end solutions across critical industrial sectors.

Role Overview

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing plant-level financial and cost accounting, MIS reporting, statutory compliance, and taxation activities for the Nashik manufacturing facility. The role ensures financial accuracy, compliance adherence, timely reporting, cost control, and alignment with corporate finance processes.

???? Note: As the Nashik facility is currently under development, this position will temporarily report directly to the CEO, with reporting structures evolving at a later stage

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly accounting operations including ledger, costing, and book closures.

• Prepare and publish MIS reports, variance analyses, cost trends, and financial dashboards.

• Maintain accurate documentation, reconciliations, and accounting records as per company standards.

Costing & Budgeting

• Monitor production cost parameters, material consumption, overheads, and plant operating expenses.

• Support budgeting and financial planning, comparing actual vs. budget performance.

• Track and analyze cost reduction initiatives and efficiency programs.

Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, professional tax, company law requirements, etc.

• Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits.

• Assist in tax planning and submission of statutory returns.

ERP & Process Controls

• Process invoices, vendor payments, GRN, and inventory accounting through ERP.

• Improve internal financial controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies and SOPs.

• Support implementation of financial systems and digitization initiatives.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with supply chain, HR, production, quality, and corporate finance teams.

• Support financial requirements of plant operations and management reviews.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Accuracy and reliability of plant financial reporting and MIS

• Robust statutory compliance without deviations or audit issues

• Effective cost tracking and expense control

• On-time financial closing and reporting

• Strengthened financial governance and documentation

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce or Finance; CA Inter / CMA preferred

• 10–15 years of experience in accounting, costing, and compliance in manufacturing / engineering / automotive industries

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, factory finance operations, and ERP-based accounting

• Experience in plant-level costing and MIS reporting
