ATS Company: ATS Corporation Requisition ID: 15480 Location: Bangalore, KA, IN Date: Sep 8, 2025 Accounts Executive Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our Finance team in Bangalore. This role is responsible for accounting and financial reporting of ATS’s India-based operations (Global Advancement Centre and IWK India), ensuring compliance with local regulatory and tax requirements. The role also supports Shared Services with accounts payable and receivable functions. Qualification + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. + Professional accounting designation (completed or in progress) or equivalent experience. + 3–5 years of general accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or sales environment. + Strong skills in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. + Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to JD Edwards, Tungsten, BlackLine, or OneStream is a plus. + Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. + Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities + Managemonth-end closeactivities, including journal entries and reconciliations. + Prepare and maintaingeneral ledger, balance sheet, and income statementschedules. + Overseeaccounts receivable: statements, invoices, collections, and customer queries. + Handleaccounts payable: validate invoices, resolve vendor issues, reconcile ledgers. + Supportlocal tax and regulatory reporting requirements. + Contribute toinventory managementandpayroll activities. + Collaborate withpurchasing and sales teamsfor financial alignment. + Ensure compliance withSOX regulations and internal controls. + Assist ininternal and external audits. + Providead hoc financial analysis and supportfor special projects. + Uphold ATS’sCode of Business Conductand health & safety standards.
