You’ll lead strategic initiatives that enhance standardization, efficiency, and performance, helping our teams deliver greater value to the business and our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As an Accounting Performance Specialist, you’ll be responsible for: + Applying continuous improvement methodologies to develop and implement plans that drive process standardization and effectiveness. + Managing improvement projects and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives. + Facilitating Kaizen events, root cause analyses (RCA), and standard work sessions to address recurring performance gaps. + Developing and monitoring KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making. + Conducting monthly performance reviews with RTR leaders to guide strategic actions. + Designing and delivering training programs on continuous improvement frameworks. + Coaching teams to foster a sustainable culture of continuous improvement. + Collaborating across matrixed and cross-functional RTR teams to ensure successful project execution. + Communicating with and influencing key internal and external stakeholders. **Requirements** We are looking for people who are proactive, analytical, and passionate about driving change. As a minimum you must have: + Experience in continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. + Strong project management skills. + Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics. + Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. + Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
