**Accounting Supervisor (Exports)**
**JOB SUMMARY:**
Supervises, tracks, and evaluates the day-to-day activities of the Exports Department, ensuring accuracy and working closely with USDA.
**POSITION DESCRIPTION:**
+ Overseeing daily processes of export documentation
+ Monitor the daily performance of the Exports department
+ Ensure export data is completed and under compliance with USDA requirements
+ Organize exports data into useable information and maintain updated records
+ Responsible of plant export accuracy
+ Ensures an accurate and timely process to expedite export documents
+ Helps with inventory controls and reports
+ Helps and participates in inventory cycle counts
+ Other duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent required
+ Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field preferred
+ Excellent computer skills required, including Excel
+ Must be well-organized with good attention to detail
+ Team management skills
+ 2-3 years of management and administration experience
+ Great communication skills
+ Display strong work ethic and positive attitude
+ Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance
+ Ability to communicate fluently in English (both written and verbally
+ Resume required

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following **compensation and benefits** :
**Benefits** : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

**401(k):** company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company-vesting schedule;
**Base annual salary** range: **$62,000 - $67,000**
