The position partners closely with stakeholders to ensure quality execution, data‑driven decisions, and effective delivery across projects. **Key Responsibilities** + Execute testing activities in test and UAT environments to validate functionality, data accuracy, and readiness for production. + Apply strong analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. + Lead assigned projects or actively contribute to larger initiatives, ensuring timelines, scope, and stakeholder alignment. + Develop and deliver regular and ad‑hoc reporting to support operational and leadership decision‑making. + Support M&A initiatives, including due diligence, integration planning, testing, and post‑integration stabilization. + Prepare ad hoc reports for internal and inter-departmental use. + Provide records and reports for managers. + Assist in preparation of reports and analysis for use in the annual external audit. + Make suggestions for improvements to existing processes and systems. **Key Skills** + High School Diploma or equivalent Req Or + Bachelor's Degree Req + 2 - 3 years’ experience Req + Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. + Technical accounting skills. + Data analysis and manipulation skills. + Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities + Experience in testing and validation within non‑production environments + Project leadership or project participation experience + Clear, structured reporting and stakeholder communication skills + Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. + Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines. + Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
