Accounting Specialist (Entry to Sr. Level)

Position Summary

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Accounting team. This role plays a vital part in supporting customer billings, remittances, invoice processing, and other transactional accounting functions. We welcome candidates at all experience levels—from entry-level to Sr.—who are eager to contribute, learn, and grow within our organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, process, and review recurring accounting transactions, including invoices, remittance advices, and customer checks.Research and resolve discrepancies related to accounting transactions.Assist in responding to data requests and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.Support the review of general ledger account activity for accuracy.Help develop and document accounting processes and procedures.Foster positive working relationships with cross-functional business partners.(Sr.-level only) Serve as a resource and mentor to less experienced colleagues.

QualificationsEducationHigh School diploma or GED required.Associate Degree in Business or Accounting preferred for advanced roles.ExperienceEntry-Level: 6–12 months of administrative or office experience preferred.Mid-Level: 2+ years of experience with accounting transactional data and invoice processing.Sr.-Level: Associate Degree + 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, orHigh School/GED + 8+ years of in-depth accounting experience.Skills & CompetenciesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Basic computer literacy required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
