Join our Accounting team and play a vital role in supporting customer billings, remittances, invoices, and other transactional data. We’re seeking candidates at all experience levels—from entry-level to senior —who are eager to contribute, learn, and grow within our organization. Prepare, process, and review recurring accounting transactions (invoices, remittance advices, customer checks) following established procedures. Research and resolve discrepancies related to accounting transactions. Assist in preparing responses to data requests and inquiries from internal and external customers. Support the review of general ledger account activity for accuracy. Help develop and document accounting processes and procedures. Foster positive relationships with business partners across departments. Serve as a resource and mentor to less experienced colleagues (for senior -level candidates).

High School diploma or GED required; Associate Degree in Business or Accounting preferred for advanced roles. 6 months to 8+ years of relevant experience, depending on level: Entry-level: 6–12 months of administrative or office experience desirable. Mid-level: 2+ years of experience with accounting transactional data and invoice processing. Senior -level: Associate Degree and 5+ years, or High School/GED and 8+ years of in-depth accounting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word preferred. Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing circumstances, and manage time effectively. Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills. Basic computer knowledge required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
