The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of procurement and accounts payable, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex vendor interactions. **Key Responsibilities:** + Execute end-to-end RTP/S2P processes including procurement and accounts payable. + Handle vendor correspondence professionally via email and chat. + Provide high-quality customer service by understanding all aspects of assigned tasks. + Resolve complex inquiries related to vendor payments and procurement. + Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and audit purposes. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing. + Use CRM tools and ERP systems (preferably SAP and Ariba) for daily operations. + Adapt quickly to new systems and processes in a dynamic work environment. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in RTP/S2P processes. + Strong understanding of procurement and accounts payable workflows. + Basic accounting knowledge. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Experience with CRM tools and ERP systems (SAP & Ariba preferred). + Ability to work flexible night shifts. + Quick learner with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Prior experience in a shared services or global finance environment. + Exposure to vendor management and compliance processes.
