**Job Description** : • Assists Team Leaders / Managers in preparing metrics. • Assists with audits by providing supporting records and documentation. • Ensures that adequate and updated process documentation and desktop procedures exists and is used. • Ensures adherence to internal and external guidelines as well as to a standardized process landscape. • Generate Invoices after immediate requests during the whole shift. • Monitors & review progress and immediately alerts Management if any red flags are observed. • Extended shift / Weekend availability during month end closing. Skills / Habilities: • High sense of urgency. • At least 1 year Finance Operations experience (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Audit, Accounting). • Automotive industry Finance & Accounting knowledge is highly desired. • Capable of working under pressure. • Fast paced environment worker. • Logical thinking is a must. • Pro-activeness is a must. • Client Centered & Quality Focused. • Strong at Excel (highly desired). • Team player
