Your responsibilities would include:

 

knowing and acting as team ambassador of Team’s vision and strategy  backing up of TL in operational meetings with OpCo, daily huddles with team  being responsible for operational delivery based on business objectives with expected quality  monitoring team’s daily performance  being first escalation point for the team  ensuring that effective controls are executed, delivering monthly control reports  proactively raising any issue on design and execution of controls  proposing changes to make controls effective and efficient  bringing constructive challenging ideas, taking ownership of agreed actions.

 
You are a great candidate if You have:

 

bachelors or master’s degree in Finance or Accounting 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting  accounting knowlage ability to effectively communicate and coordinate others  advanced Excel skills strong analytical skills  very good understanding of the end-to-end Record to Report process excellent written and verbal English.
