**What You’ll Do**
**Accounting Operations**
+ Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities in line with corporate timelines.
+ Perform day‑to‑day accounting tasks including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
+ Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
+ Monitor AP/AR transactions and support treasury or cash‑flow processes when required.
+ Support fixed assets accounting, depreciation, and inventory controls.
+ Cost Accounting – Oversees end to end cost accounting processes by maintaining accurate cost structures, analyzes variances, and collaborates with operations to ensure cost accuracy and efficiency.
**Financial Reporting**
+ Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
+ Ensure timely and accurate submission of management reports and group reporting deliverables.
+ Support group reporting requirements (IFRS/US GAAP/local GAAP as applicable).
+ Assist in variance analysis and provide insights to management.
+ Develop recurring reporting dashboards and KPIs.
**Compliance & Controls**
+ Ensure accounting processes comply with corporate internal control frameworks.
+ Provide audit support by preparing required documentation and responding to internal and external auditors.
+ Ensure adherence to tax regulations and support tax filings (VAT, withholding, corporate tax).
+ Maintain up‑to‑date accounting policies, workflows, and procedural documentation.
**Process Improvement**
+ Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and process improvement.
+ Support system enhancements (ERP, reporting tools, etc.).
+ Standardize reporting procedures across business units.
**Cross‑Functional Collaboration**
+ Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, HR, and other teams to ensure financial accuracy.
+ Provide ad‑hoc financial analyses and support special projects.
**Required Qualifications**
**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
+ 2–5 years of professional experience in accounting or financial reporting.
+ Experience with IFRS or local GAAP.
+ Experience in multinational environments or audit firms (Big Four preferred) is an advantage.
**Technical Skills**
+ Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial processes.
+ Proficiency in SAP ERP system is a strong plus
+ Advanced Excel skills: familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
+ Hands‑on experience with financial reporting tools and analytical systems.
+ Embraces a growth and digital mindset, leveraging technology and data analytics tools
+ Brings strong organizational skills, curiosity, and analytical thinking and fluency in written and spoken English
