In this role, you will support the APR team in developing and implementing accounting and reporting frameworks for real estate funds, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include preparing accounting and reporting guidelines, advising fund teams on financial reporting matters, and supporting the onboarding of new clients and products. At CBRE IA&R, you’ll be encouraged to grow professionally, deepen your expertise, and contribute to the continuous improvement and professionalization of our processes. **What you’ll do** + Collaborate closely with the Fund Accounting & Reporting department to advise on reporting structures and regulatory aspects of new and existing fund reporting. + Monitor developments in international and local financial reporting standards, including Dutch GAAP, IFRS, INREV, GIPS, and US GAAP. + Draft accounting manuals and technical memos for internal use and, where applicable, for clients. + Support the onboarding of new clients and products onto the Fund Accounting platform, acting as a key point of contact. + Provide technical guidance to fund teams on financial reporting issues. + Assist in the design and implementation of fund consolidation and investor reporting tools in line with IFRS and other relevant standards. + Contribute to the development and delivery of technical accounting training. + Review fund reporting to ensure quality and consistency across deliverables. **What you’ll bring** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accountancy, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred. + 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a similar role or within a Big Four firm. + Solid understanding of accounting for real estate funds, holding companies, and SPVs. + Strong knowledge of IFRS, INREV, GIPS, US GAAP, and other relevant regulatory frameworks. + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. **Why Join Us?** This is an opportunity to advance your career in a reputable organization that values professionalism and teamwork.
