This role is primarily responsible for the accounting of National Fountain QTG inventory and waste reporting, in addition to foodservice distributor deductions in accordance with GAAP and PepsiCo’s accounting policies. The Analyst is also responsible for performing periodic close activities, account reconciliations, SOX controls, balance sheet analytics and KPMG requests. Responsibilities Duties and Accountabilities: Prepare and record periodic journal entries for National Fountain and Volume reporting. Perform account reconciliations for Pepsi Distributor Partnership (PDP), Enterprise Promotion Management (EPM) and A/R Clearing. Support distributor deductions review and clearance, working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance and Shared Services. Prepare periodic National Fountain sales mix analysis, supporting Assoc. Manager and period-end performance report tie-out and flash. Prepare reporting and analytics for periodic Balance Sheet Review. Prepare Q-Schedules for Inventory. Support KPMG and BPC audit requests and inquiries to ensure completion on a timely basis. Assist internal and external partners with ad-hoc reporting as needed. Additional Support Tasks and Key Responsibilities: Support Manager with analyzing National Fountain business results, including analytics and other ad hoc requests. Prepare distributor reporting upon request. Participate in special projects to improve overall National Fountain processes. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,900 - $128,700. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required (MBA/CPA a Plus). 3+ years of related experience. Proficient in Excel, SAP S4 HANA/ECC, BW and Business Objects and/or able to learn new systems quickly and thoroughly. Strong communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
