**Job Description**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare accounting journal entries for monthly close transactional activities, including but not limited to: payroll, operating leases, petty cash, travel & expense, standardized journal entries.
+ Perform balance sheet account reconciliations for low risk general ledger and sub-ledger accounts.
+ Operate ERP systems to complete automated procedures, including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) load procedures.
+ Maintain the company’s Costar system to record operating leases
+ Perform control procedures to ensure compliance SOX
+ Support requests from external and internal auditors as well as various groups company-wide
+ Participate in process improvement initiatives
+ Complete ad-hoc projects as requested
**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 2 years experience in transactional roles, including Intercompany, PtP, OtC; OR minimum 1 year experience in equivalent RtR role
+ Accuracy is required in performing all aspects of the role
+ Previous experience in a large scale organisation would be beneficial
+ Ability to work well under time constraints
+ Computer literacy, incl. MS Excel
+ Proficient in English
