Responsibilities:
Processing Intercompany Invoices in a timely and accurate manner resolving any issuesReview and clear aged intercompany AR itemsAgree intercompany AR balances with appropriate counterparty for month-end closeProcess intercompany netting payments and allocate any payments/receipts on a monthly basisMonthly analysis of goods received but not invoiced (GRNI)Participate in process improvement projects, initiatives, PPI eventsSupport resolution of intercompany out of balancesSupport requests from external and internal auditors as well as various groups company-wideParticipate in process improvement initiativesComplete ad-hoc projects as requestedMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in RtR Operational Accounting Assistant role, or equivalentAccuracy is required in performing all aspects of the rolePrevious experience in a large scale organisation would be beneficialAbility to work well under time constraintsComputer literacy, incl. MS ExcelProficient in English
