Reporting to the local CFO, the Accounting Manager will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with IFRS and Thai GAAP standards while maintaining accuracy in financial reporting.
 Key responsibilities include: Overseeing accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and fixed assets. Managing daily transactions, ensuring proper accruals, adjustments, and reconciliations. Collaborating with various departments and external service providers to maintain accurate financial operations. Ensuring accounting practices are in place for timely month-end closings. Monitoring transactions related to received goods and managing discrepancies in the JDE system (GR/IR). Conducting GL balance reviews and reconciliations. Managing cash flow for local suppliers and customers. Coordinating with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Overseeing tax accounting and legal operations, including VAT, CIT, and WHT. Implementing process improvements within the accounting team to enhance efficiency. Supervising and mentoring accounting staff to optimize performance. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a CPA Level qualification, a degree in Accounting or Finance, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably Manufacturing MNC background. Strong knowledge of IFRS, Thai GAAP, and tax regulations is essential. Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
