Description We are looking for a skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will oversee key accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities: • Manage month-end close procedures, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial tasks. • Oversee general ledger operations, maintaining consistency and accuracy across all accounts. • Conduct account reconciliations to verify financial data and resolve discrepancies. • Prepare and review journal entries to ensure proper documentation and compliance. • Supervise subledger accounting activities to align with organizational standards. • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and provide insights into financial health. • Collaborate with auditors during financial statement audits to ensure compliance and transparency. • Support merger integration processes by harmonizing accounting procedures and systems.
