Accounting Manager
Education and Experience: Undergraduate degree or diploma in Accounting or Business CPA designation A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior accounting role Sound knowledge of GAAP and ASPE Strong knowledge of Canadian Taxation Prior experience with the following accounting functions is required: GL & Financial Statements, Banking, Fixed Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll Prior experience in the construction industry would be an asset Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective at problem solving and decision making Leadership Skills (coaching, motivating, delegating, managing performance) Must be able to think and plan strategically Time Management and Organization Skills

Accounting Manager
The Accounting Manager oversees financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting processes, collaborating with other teams handling transactions like accounts payable and payroll. This role ensures accurate and timely execution of accounting functions by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The position is vital in supporting company growth through strong financial oversight and compliance with accounting standards and policies.
How will you contribute to the team?
To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
