The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations of the company to ensure the reliability of financial statements and results. **On a typical day you will:** + Ensure accurate bookkeeping up to the balance sheet. + Supervise and coordinate the work of the accounting team (4 people). + Prepare tax declarations (VAT, income tax, corporate tax, withholding tax, payment terms, etc.). + Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in collaboration with the CFO. + Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, notes). + Monitor cash flows and cash forecasts. + Collaborate with internal and external auditors and respond to their requests. + Implement and monitor accounting and financial procedures. + Contribute to the improvement of accounting systems and processes. + Ensure compliance with current legal and tax obligations. + Participate in and monitor inventory processes with the supply chain manager. + Ensure monthly closing deadlines are met (D+2) according to the finance schedule. + Prepare, in collaboration with the CFO, pre-closing flash reports (D-1, D, D+1) and the closing presentation (D+7). + Participate in the preparation of the budget and monthly reforecasts. **What You Will Need to be Successful:** + Higher education degree in accounting, management, or finance (minimum Bac+5 or equivalent). + Significant experience (minimum 5 years) as an Accounting Manager in a multinational company. + Proficiency in accounting software and office tools (Excel, Word). + In-depth knowledge of accounting and tax regulations. + Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively (team of 4 accountants). + Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and organizational skills. + Good communication and analytical skills. + Proficiency in English (participation in meetings with international stakeholders and training sessions). **Additional Assets:** + Experience in auditing or accounting firms. + Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, Datapoint, HFM). **What can we offer you?** + The chance to work for an industry leading company and a global brand. + A culture that encourages innovation and appreciates our talent is the key to our success. + Competitive compensation package. + Growth opportunities in a multinational environment. + Continuous training and involvement in digital transformation projects within collections.
