This role is critical in managing job cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance and strong internal controls. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers and senior leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two projects are the same. Key Responsibilities + Lead job cost accounting processes and maintain budget controls using Yardi Voyager Job Cost module. + Conduct monthly and quarterly job cost meetings; provide data for sales transactions and cash flow forecasting. + Review construction contracts for accuracy and compliance. + Oversee accruals, vendor setup, and contract closeouts. + Support annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and audit preparation. + Research and document accounting treatments for complex transactions. + Drive process improvements and maintain robust internal controls.
