Job Title: Accounting Manager
Job Description
We are seeking two experienced Accounting professionals with a robust background in ERP implementations, specifically SAP S/4HANA.
Responsibilities
Perform as a key finance representative in the implementation project.Support and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing test scripts, executing tests, and tracking issues.Create and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and control narratives.Coordinate and support cutover planning and execution, ensuring data accuracy and readiness for go-live.Create and distribute training materials and conduct sessions within finance and accounting.Provide support post-go-live, troubleshooting issues and stabilizing processes.Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and system utilization within the new ERP environment.Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.Essential Skills
Strong SAP experience, preferably with S/4HANA.Proven experience in ERP implementations, with a strong preference for SAP S/4HANA.Ability to work independently, multitask, and establish priorities.Strong understanding of accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, and post-go-live supportBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).5 to 8+ years of accounting experience, including management responsibility.Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with 1-3 days on-site in Tampa, supporting the SAP S/4HANA implementation. The position operates during the 1st shift hours in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
