Accounting Manager

Job Description

Join our client's dynamic team as an Accounting Manager III, where you will play a pivotal role in managing fixed assets, capital expenditures, and supply chain within a transformative financial environment. This position emphasizes financial transformation and involves significant interaction with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage fixed assets and capital expenditures effectively within the organization.Engage in 2-3 hours of business stakeholder meetings to drive financial transformation.Collaborate with both direct and indirect managers for seamless project execution.Organize projects, manage action lists, and provide timely status updates.Utilize system knowledge to perform user acceptance and system-based testing.Participate in numerous stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and progress.

Essential Skills

Strong accounting and finance foundational skills.Proficiency in project management.Familiarity with system navigation and report extraction.Experience in supply chain or procurement roles within an accounting organization.Expertise in managing fixed assets within an accounting context.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

At least 8 years of professional experience.Demonstrated ownership and bias for action.Financial accounting knowledge with a focus on project management roles.

Work Environment

The work schedule is a regular full-time position from 9 AM to 5 PM. The hiring manager prefers onsite work but is open to hybrid or remote arrangements for candidates in EST or PST time zones.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
