Our client is currently seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting operations. This key role ensures the accuracy of financial records, leads process improvements, and supports growth in an evolving regulatory landscape. Key Responsibilities: · Lead the accounting function for all transactions, including reconciliations and month-end close processes. · Implement and elevate internal controls and accounting policies specific to blockchain transactions. · Oversee preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., US GAAP, IFRS) · Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially finance, legal, and technology, for process integration and strategic projects. · Monitor evolving regulatory standards and drive process changes to maintain compliance. · Manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff. · Coordinate with external auditors and stakeholders as needed. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field · Public accounting foundation with a background in Technology/SaaS · 5+ years’ accounting experience, with at least 2 years managing functions or teams. · Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. · Outstanding communication skills and experience working in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
