Our Kforce client located in the Saint Louis, MO. area is looking to hire a detail-oriented and driven Accounting Manager to join their dynamic team. Training is in office for 6 months, 3-4 days in office after training. Duties: * Oversee general ledger accuracy and reconciliations * Review cash flow models and disbursements for compliance * Analyze legal and financial documents for proper accounting treatment * Evaluate repurchase transactions and prepayments for cash flow impact * Lead communication with internal and external stakeholders * Drive process improvements and documentation standards * Supervise and mentor accounting staff * Support audits, tax filings, and financial reporting * Contribute to strategic projects and ad hoc analyses
