Accounting Manager
The Accounting Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring precision in financial reporting, effective tariff forecasting, and insightful market/product analysis. This strategic role plays an integral part in shaping future logistics, guiding internal processes such as inventory management, and supporting financial planning efforts across departments. In addition, the manager will oversee the payroll function within HR. Responsibilities: + Direct and manage all core accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and inventory controls + Analyze financial markets and product trends to support tariff planning and strategic initiatives + Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of financial statements in adherence to GAAP + Produce and present detailed financial reports and dashboards utilizing Power BI and other tools + Optimize internal controls, audit readiness, and documentation workflows + Liaise with import/export teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance (Vietnam/Taiwan-focused) + Collaborate with department heads for budgeting, forecasting, and logistics planning + Oversee the payroll process in coordination with HR Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
