Position Overview
The Family Office Accounting Manager will join the Family Office Services team, delivering tailored financial services to UHNW clients. The role combines client service and financial operations, offering the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a team-focused, service-oriented environment.
The successful candidate will be organized, detail-focused, and experienced in managing financial operations across varied entity structures. The role involves collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of financial reporting, budgeting, bill payment, and cash management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring responsive and effective communication
+ Assist clients in creating and maintaining annual budgets, analyzing cash flow, and monitoring financial activity
+ Partner with internal bookkeeping staff to ensure timely and accurate financial records
+ Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports in alignment with client expectations
+ Manage bill pay and accounts receivable across various legal entities, including trusts, partnerships, and LLCs
+ Evaluate and assist in implementing banking and lending solutions that meet client financial needs
+ Collaborate with internal specialists in investment, tax, and estate planning to support integrated wealth planning
+ Contribute to process improvements and participate in cross-functional projects designed to enhance service offerings.

Requirements
Candidate Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a CPA, CFP, or equivalent credential is a plus
+ At least 6 years of relevant experience in family office services, wealth management, public accounting, or investment accounting
+ Strong understanding of bookkeeping systems and financial administration for high-net-worth clients
+ Proficiency in tools such as QuickBooks, Bill.com, Excel, and familiarity with reporting platforms like Black Diamond
+ Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely
+ High attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
+ Experience with multi-entity structures and knowledge of operational accounting and cash flow management
+ A collaborative mindset, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and client service
