This role requires a hands-on approach to managing accounting functions, overseeing compliance, and optimizing financial systems. Responsibilities: • Supervise and guide the daily operations of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain accurate records for audits and reporting. • Oversee the use and optimization of accounting software systems, including ERP platforms like Yardi. • Manage full-cycle accounting processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. • Conduct regular audits to assess financial accuracy and compliance. • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline accounting workflows and enhance efficiency. • Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key metrics and insights. • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure reliable financial data. • Provide training and support to team members on accounting systems and procedures. • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience in accounting management, with expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and full-cycle accounting. • Proficiency in accounting software systems, including ERP platforms such as Yardi. • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, auditing practices, and internal controls. • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate financial reporting. • Effective leadership skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team. • Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders and management. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
