What You’ll Do: + Oversee and review property accounting, joint venture accounting, and consolidations to ensure accurate financial reporting. + Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting - both internally and for investors + Work with treasury functions, assisting with wires + Lead key process improvement initiatives to streamline accounting workflows and enhance operational efficiency. + Play a pivotal role in special projects, collaborating across teams to support the company’s rapid growth and success.
