Executes consolidation, analysis and reporting for regular financial statements and completes budget planning, financial planning, actual-versus-plan-analysis, benchmarking, forecasting and reporting activities, for the management of an assigned organization unit. Keeps abreast of changes in internal guidelines and external accounting standards.

Position Overview:
This Accounting & Controlling Professional 5B position will be responsible for providing accounting/controlling support for the Corporate Functions within Siemens Healthineers Accounting Corporate Functions Controlling (SHS AC CF OF AM FC) organization to ensure those Corporate Functions achieve their targeted financial goals. These controlling functions include budgeting, forecasting, complex variance analysis, cost monitoring, management reporting, and allocations to the Business Areas/Business Lines. This role will require effective collaboration with other team members and stakeholders within the Corporate Functions and Business Areas/Lines and strict adherence to deadlines/deliverables, while balancing the need for accuracy and efficiency throughout all aspects of the work. 

Key Responsibilities:

Proficiency with various internal systems (e.g. SAP, OneSRM, NextGenP2P) and processes utilized to perform the functionsComplete monthly closing activities, including charging the Business Areas/Business Lines, in a timely, accurate mannerPrepare for monthly financial reviews with assigned Corporate Functions cost center owners and Department HeadsPrepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts for the assigned Corporate Functions and work with stakeholders to achieve productivity targetsEnsure compliance with Company policies and relevant Accounting standardsParticipate in special ad hoc assignments and projects (e.g. Business Area/Business Line allocation analysis, monthly support for SMS Factories forecast submissions, annual support for SMS valuations, etc.)

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $122,600 - Max $183,800

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
