Part-Time Accounting & Client Services Associate
Location: Bartlesville, OK
Schedule: Contract-to-Hire | 4 hours/day, 4–5 days/week
Pay: $18–$20/hr.

We’re looking for a reliable part-time associate to support basic accounting and office tasks. You'll help with accounts payable/receivable, client service, and general office duties.

What You’ll Do:

Help with daily accounting tasks and reports

Process client fees and financial statements

Prepare reports and update client info

Answer phones and greet visitors

Handle clerical work (typing, scanning, mail, etc.)

Assist with client requests and new business paperwork

What We’re Looking For:

6–12 months of office experience

Comfortable with phones, computers, and Microsoft Office

Good communication and organization skills

Able to work part-time consistently (4 hrs/day, 4–5 days/week)

High attention to detail and confidentiality
