Main responsibilities:

Analyze standard and customized reports for Pharmacy Claims, Open Cash, Adjustments and Bad Debt for reasonableness and accuracy Monitor Pharmacy Reconciliations by 3rd Party operations to ensure Business Rules are being followed Assist Inmar with escalated collection efforts for problem carriers Provide Accountants with assistance on account reconciliations Complete balancing of daily sales, GL feeds and bank files Process Journal Entries to the General Ledger as directed Perform AP processes as required Work with Inmar as well as Albertsons Internal Customers (RX Operations and Upper Management of NSC). Take calls for payments and questions from customers on their RX Accounts.  Research any questions and get back with the customer in a timely manner.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Strong knowledge of Pharmacy Reconciliation Process or Accounts Receivable Working knowledge of Pharmacy Working knowledge of General Ledger processing Working knowledge of Accounts Payable processing Two or more years college with accounting course work or equivalent education Two or more years of experience in a larger organization with mainframe-based accounting. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy Self-motivated and ability to make logical, rational decisions independently Ability to complete work with a minimum of supervision under rigid time constraints Good oral, written and mathematical skills Ability to participate in team building, problem solving sessions Advanced level PC skills include Microsoft Excel, Word, Access Oracle financial systems and Inmar experience a plus. Ability to learn new technologies and business requirements Strong team building skills and ability to motivate team members Phone etiquette for working with customers and vendors to resolve inquires and initiate refunds
