Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our clients team in Stow, Ohio. In this role, you will handle key financial tasks such as managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities: • Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable records, including customer payments and outstanding balances. • Utilize QuickBooks to record and track financial data effectively. • Perform precise data entry to update and maintain accounting records. • Review and process invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. • Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve payment discrepancies. • Assist with general administrative tasks related to the accounting department. • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. • Comfortable using accounting software. • Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Familiarity with invoice processing and related procedures. • Effective communication abilities for interacting with vendors and team members.
